Furthermore, I added a bit of brightness and contrast and moved the red curve in a bit, since there was this kind of reddish overcast.. The skin was brightened mostly by using the dodge and burn tool. I also filled a selection of the bright tones in my face with white and then set the mode to "soft light" and moved down the opacity a bit. In the last step I added this kind of vignette around the face, which I did by creating a copy of my top layer and setting it to soft light. After that, I added a layer mask and removed my face from it ;) Send me a message if there is anything unclear :P I'll try to remember it then. Thanks you..
